Clan vs IS Mode Servers - Asset Balance

We are aware that the Clan vs. IS mode has some inherent balance issues due to the allocation of available assets between the two sides.
 
The Clan vs. IS mode was released for evaluation purposes and to determine how it can be used for future game modes.  The skewing of balance will be addressed as the team is able to provide additional assets to "fill in the gaps".  Additionally, information gathered from playtesting in this mode will help guide price changes in the future to address balance between the two sides.

Let's just say there is a decided advantage for Clan in the "late game" stage of a match.  That said, in the early game IS has a small advantage on any map that has aerospace & VTOL support due to a lack of first-rank-tier Clan assets in those categories for initial spawns.
 
The end result is the balance is not quite there due to several factors, please remember that this mode is for evaluation and data collection and is not meant to be held up as a complete model of faction balance.

You guys are gonna balance it by making the IS mechs cheaper, not nerfing the clan tech, right?

Six Atlases vs. a Madcat and five Shadowcats seems about right =P

I knew this would happen. I just hope a few servers keep the all-open going until we see more assets.

Played it a few rounds and I've got to say, the balance is not that bad.

That Atlas with the UACs pounds every MadCatMKII into the ground, that much is certain.


Very interesting experience. However, the sides lack a bit of diversity in that mode.

Oh yea... mid tier in Clans is a huge hole.
Ryoken nor Hunchback IIC are ready making clanners lack in options a bit.
Assaults are also a trouble, but lucky: Madcat can stand an attack of Awesome without any huge problems, so it works quite well, giving clans an advantage thanks to Beat Stick (that thing is a monster! Now you know why I love it! hehe)

One thing I have been wondering is where is the Bloodasp we first seen it back around the same time as the Novacat made its first appearance. Not to say I'm ungrateful or anything I love the mod (classes have kept me from playing as of late). Any update on its progression the outside of it looked fairly well done.

Yes it is ;D As long as you don't run out of ammo while fighting ::)

Clans also lack some early dedicated AA, not that it matters much right now, since the Sparrow does pitiful damage and the VTOLs are easy enough to bring down with other weapons.
Still, once the Corsair makes it in, it'd be nice to have an AA platform that isn't as expensive as the Huit (I'm guessing that the Corsair will be a tad cheaper than the Sulla) and I'm not really sure which 'Mech/Vehicle could fill that role.
Maybe the Svantovit, with an AA loadout doubling as cheap BA deterrent (which the Clans don't have right now either)?

i know the question is very simple but i think i'm blind....where can i set this gameMode? or is it embeded without any setting...? sorry for this stupid question.....
