The issue is independent of ccc or PC.  I was playing mwll up until the patch came out just fine and then after the patch I notice my gameplay was sluggish so I turned on displayinfo to monitor what was happening. I used to play on 32 player server at 30fps and Im Lucky to get half that now. I was already testing 0.2 at custom low settings and resolutions so i can't drop them further to test.  I hope that the fixes for server crashing is linked to this because it ain't gettin fixed otherwise I can tell.

ditto,       and I too have players that used to play 0.2.0 but aren't enjoying 0.3.0 because of the lag (fps drops), these are the same PC's they used in the original versions.

After some initial roflbad fps, I Oc'ed my CPU slightly, went to Dx9 mode, and can now use CCC level 4 on a 32 man with minimal problems.

I did something similar, now I can play on 10 vs 10 servers with same performance I had on 4 vs 4 servers.
..., but this is battletech, and sense is often not made.

Tried CCC 3.0 in both warhead and crysis directory, from lvl 4 down to lvl 1, no difference, still massive FPS issues. Had none of these in 0.2

I hadn't noticed any problems until last night.  I've never had a single drop below 20 or so FPS since I installed the mod.  Last night I was zoomed in and brawling, suddenly dropped to near-slideshow 5-10 fps.  It remained until I un-zoomed, at which point, it hopped back up into the 30s.

Korbin was saying he had zoom related fps drops as well.

Ok so there's a theory that maybe a bad download is causing this.  Going to try the direct DL link and reinstall to see if anything changes.  Will post finding here.

Reinstalled with fresh dload from MWLL site today. Started off on extrem with solid FPS, 60/70 with a full server at 18/20 ppl. No CCC installed at the time. Game ran pretty solidly all extrem with drops down to about 40 during fairly hvy action sequences. Went onto frostbite after this, fps was stable at around 60, to start with. As the match went on, FPS started to drop to <30 in combat. Then the icing on the cake, took out a puma and went up against an owens, it shutdown and I flamed it with my 2 flamers, FPS clocked in at 9 at this point.

There's something going on guys, It's obvious. I run crysis benchmark with average 60fps on both CPU and GPU test no problems. However it seems to be tied in to assets, when a new asset in purchased somewhere in the game my game suddenly locks up for a second and then re-engages, but my fps seems to have taken a small hit after this. The more assets that get bought, the more my FPS drops.

It screams memory problems to me in all honesty. I've monitored my GPU and CPU heat and noticed no difference in heat levels between periods of high fps and low fps.

PS reinstalled CCC and no noticeable performance increase/decrease.

Yeah, I notice that.  In 0.2.0, I always noticed that my game would pause for half a second or so if I was near a spawning vehicle.

Now I notice that happening from all the way across the map as I see the spawn messages for my team's vehicles.

I wonder if this issue would be fixed by just moving over to crysis wars? :-\

As I've said before, my FPS have definitely dropped in 0.3, but last night I was playing clearcut and it was especially bad... anyone else have issues with clearcut?

Depends on how many Players are on Clearcut. But it tends to go downwards when more than 10 Players are roaming the map :-X
