lol why would you do that? Sacrifice more speed or firepower for back armor? Just keep the enemy in front of you ;)

Well first of I'm aware that this reply is really late. Now, the mech I was was trying to refeer to was the Daishi. The reason this became a rollercoaster of questionmarks is because the time when I made the post it was 3 am where I live and also my friend kept saying that it was called Daisho on skype so I assumed he remembered correctly. Anyway since you managed to find the mech anyhow I believe the message got across.

I've never seen a Daishi that was able to keep its front pointed at a light/medium mech intent on staying behind it.

That's something all Assault 'Mechs have to deal with ;)
And due to the near instant ~30°(45°? Not sure) turn when standing still, it is possible to get Lights/Mediums in your crosshair often enough.
