Motherboard: ASRock H110M
GPU: Zotac Gaming GeForce GTX 1650 Super

SSD: Crucial BX500 480GB

The issue was in the GPU driver, it was outdated. I updated the driver and relaunched the game, and since then I haven't had any lag issues in the gameplay.
