Is there any to way to invert mouse?
Dunno, but more importantly.... Why would you do that?
to fly
Open the launcher, click "Configure controls" in the bottom left. Go to the VTOL and/or Aerospace tab and there you'll find the options to individually invert Pitch, Yaw and Roll.

It's a bit unintuitive but the "Invert Pitch" Action (fifth action from the top) is a yes/no toggle that inverts the input for pitch. Same for the Yaw and Roll further below.
