I've got the 0.1 installer on a DVD somewhere from when I found the mod in a Mega Total Conversions Mod Pack - yes, they still existed in 2009 because trash Australian internet necessitated it. I'll see if I can track it down

The 0.4 series had Crysis and Crysis Wars specific versions, so they might have different filenames too.

Already tracked those down. Got the 0.3.1 Patch exe, and the 0.2.0 zip just contains the installer exe, which I already have.
