Hey. The TC_ZoeterneerV03 map popped up today, and there was something wrong with it. The respawn area on both teams was treated like an out of battlefield place, so we would die every 5 seconds after respawning. It happened to every player. Any clue why it was that way? I think there's no server cvar that could have make it happen.

By the way, could you please restart your server more often. There happens to be great lags from time to time.

Regarding Zoetermeer I couldnt say anything, because I havent played it once, so Im clueless as to what could be the problem.
If the problem persists we sadly have to ask for removal.

I can't edit and change the map.xml file or else the players would been downloading maps by file differences.

Not sure what would happen if you used TC on Dustbowl (it has no capture points). I'm assuming if you play TSA on a TC map the capture zones disappear? Never tried it.
