Or something with JJ...fast and with jumpjets. ;)

Yeah, there only the 'Koshi' comes to mind. The ARctic Cheetah is way too good compared to the Kit Fox. It would cost too much. The Fire Moth would be very fragile but also very useful. I think it was not around since MW II, right? Another light with JJs I have not on my brain right now. The Mist Lynx (now I remember :) ) is too slow for me or my tastes. Nevertheless a very interesting Mech of course.

Fire moth was included in one of Mektek's bundles for Mechwarrior 4 Mercs if I recall.

Ah, ok. Never played MW 4 much, cuz of Multiplayer inability. Any new light ClanMech would be great of course. The Moth is just my favorite. And some day, if there were Clan Decals of choice, I would slap an Ice Hellion on, and run.

Into the sunset. In a Fire Moth.

Great vision.

it was along with a bunch of others for is and IIC's  but the firemoth has very little armor  goes fast and they don't have masc last time I played it.

I hate clan lights, so I just bum 1k off a teammate and get a Heph prime, which can kill pretty much any light (and half the mediums) one on one, and any two or three lights piloted by novices. However, their armor is not really that bad.

The MBL laser Uller isn't bad, but wide profile, mediocre speed, and rather poor torso twist range do not suit my play style.

My understanding of hoovers is LT/APC hunting, harassing and reconnoissance. Usually they lack the armor and firepower for a 1v1.

I don't know.  Having half the players get in harassers and give 20k to their buddies can make for a pretty good starting game tactic.

I shall come back from the grave

and put my bets on it being Howler. Because no one would expect a Howler.. Not even me.
When will full game/demo/beta be released?
We're planning a beta release in the next *very* few weeks. At this time, we can't be more specific. Please stop asking.

No, I will not stop asking.

Have to? No. I can pilot clan lights well enough, but I hate them. It's much better for me, and the team, if I am put in a hover.

The only light in the whole game I actually enjoy is the Raven. Even then, I generally prefer the Harasser.

As per community request, new light mech will be on very soon and as requested, it will play differently than other clan lights.  8)
good clan needs more access to lights because honestly the Kit fox has a wide ct

It seems more obvious to me that the partisan gives IS the starting advantage. Coincidentally i feel the Oro is vastly underused and maybe underpowered, especially compared to the demolisher which is only a difference of several ranks.
Whats the cheapest an Oro can go? Lets say with 2 UAC5s and a lt gauss or something.
