Aside from the spectacular Pun in the title, anybody know how our old buddies who went to work there are dealing with this?

Shadowkiller, Toth, and Criminal are still there. Kami and I are over at Star Citizen.
Crytek is having an exodus, so many may soon follow.

So the rumors that Crytek is in a bit of a financial pickle are true then?

Kami and I are over at Star Citizen.

At least this time around you'll be getting paid to make a game that will never see a full release.  :P

Prodigal son my ass.

It's ok though, the balance of the game won't be shifted entirely when a new highly specialised ship enters the game.

In all truth, he's semi professional, has adequate skill for the project (skill =/= taste though  :) ) and it's going to be 500 years before anything of this project is even remotely near the level wherein I'll be able to get the experience I've wanted.

In the mean time there's that new elite game though.
