Actionmaps V2 - Better key configs

Hey guys! This is a set of modified actionmaps (key configs). I made many changes and cleared many conflicts. It's the one I used (I reposted the thread because the old one got cleaned and it's not available anymore)

Features

New actions

- LEFT ALT: Reticle Lock Toggle - Press it instead of typing "cl_free_reticle_independent=1" in the console everytime to lock the reticle in the middle of the screen.

- F: Free Reticle Toggle - You will be able to freely move the reticle. If the Reticle is locked, the torso won't follow the reticle

- Mouse wheel scroll: Center reticle - If your reticle is not in the center after you locked it, just rotate the mouse wheel and it will go back to the center of the screen.

- LEFT ALT: Battle Armor bunny hop - Jump while letting the jumpjets recharge! You can still use the JJs using spacebar.

- RIGHT ALT: Center torso to legs - Works only if the reticle is locked. Press Left alt to lock it!

Improvements

- Added support for mouse with more than 3 buttons - Mouse buttons number 1(left), 2(right),3 (middle), 4 and 5 fire respectively fire groups number 1,2,3,4,5. If you have a standard 3-button mouse, you can still use the keyboard. Numbers 1,2,3,4,5,6 still fire the respective fire groups.

- BA Weapons quick switching
Quick switch grenade type: Mouse middle button, keyboard number 3
Quick switch to SRM2: Mouse button 4, Keyboard number 5
Quick switch main weapons: Mouse button 5, keyboard number 6
Cycle all weapons: as before, mousewheel up or down

- Better Aero/VTOL controls - Swapped roll with yaw, so it will be way easier to aim targets. Roll using A and D key, pitch using mouse Y axis and yaw using mouse X axis

Other Changes

- Mousewheel scroll now navigate up/down in the weapon display.
- Removed Crysis' VOIP PTT button. It's terrible, noone ever uses it and it's basically disabled on all the servers.
- G key: Enter / exit / eject from a vehicle
- CAPS LOCK: toggle chain fire for the selected weapon group
- Mouse left button no longer fires the selected group, but weapon group 1
- Insert (Ins key): assign / unassign selected weapon to selected group
- H key: Overrides auto shutdown / Drop BA weapon
- Left control : opens C-Bill donation menu
- Right shift : confirm C-Bill donation
- Enter : ONLY sends chat message
- O key (the letter :P ) : shows the locations of the bases on the HUD
- EASTER EGG: page up/down while in a mech/tank/hover

- Known bug: BA might start moving randomly after it gets out from an asset. Workaround: just press any of the WASD keys after you got out.

Installation

To install them, backup your current actionmaps and remove them (remove every xml file except profile.xml and attributes.xml) from Crysis profile folder : %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Crysis Wars\Profiles\[your_nickname], then download the following zip and put ALL of its content in the same folder

Also, last but not least important: remember that you can still customize these actionmaps either by using Actionmapper tool or by editing them manually using a decent text editor. New actions are customizable only by manual editing.

there is an error

luckily detected, found and bug squished! :D

When once pressed /O/ key the objectives remain active (at least on my W7SP1 PCs) efectively masking my selected base
 ??? :-\ :o

I found that adding
Code: [Select]
    <action name="objectives" onPress="1" onRelease="1">
      <key name="o"/>
    </action>
instead of
Code: [Select]
    <action name="objectives" onPress="1" >
      <key name="o"/>
    </action>
makes it equal to the vanilla config when it all worked as preffered by me  ???

so here my edited out (yet heavily based on Starshi1d's  ::) ) config free for download:
Last munte note:
c-bills lease on [end] key;
confirm trade on [r-shift] key ;)

New feature for the impatient:
while in game press \ (backslash) to get FPS and game data on/off the screen while shooting at Your favourite victim  ;D

for the patient:
  • ever wonder how much FPS Your valuable gaming rig is spewing at the time?
  • ever wonder what's the range of that particular weapon You just bought whille storming at an enemy?
  • ever tryed to feed commands to the consloe under fire?


well suffer no more - just press \ and enjoy instant FPS on and off ("the way games are meant to be"TM)

Cbill exchange is silly.

Old school way to do it is much better.  Put it on your numpad.  Numpad Enter and use 8 4 6 2 to navigate, enter again to send.  Much better.

Meh, will fix when I'll find some time (probably never). Btw, the autoexec files I posted already fix this issue automatically.

Eh, nope. Some keyboard layouts use that key to open the game console.

Or rather not, by me at least  ::) ; so i presume it doesn't by anyone else  ???

You could fix that too (if ever) but why bother?  :o eh?  ;D
I picked that particular key as it was chosen by the default config (for chainfire) - so it should have some merit from the dev's point of view?

how about i add some more key to console command tweaks?
how about to implement the sv_password to a key?

is there anything  I could add more?
